This Refund & Store Credit Policy explains how Music City Aminos handles order issues, shipping claims, and requests for store credit. By placing an order through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Research Use Only Notice

All products sold by Music City Aminos are intended strictly for laboratory research and educational purposes only.

Products are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, therapeutic use, or diagnostic use.

By purchasing from Music City Aminos, the purchaser represents that they are qualified to purchase and handle the materials ordered and accepts responsibility for appropriate laboratory handling, storage, preparation, and research practices.

Purchasers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding the characteristics of the materials ordered, including appropriate laboratory handling, storage conditions, solubility, preparation procedures, and expected physical characteristics.

Music City Aminos does not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, dosing instructions, or guidance regarding human or veterinary use.

Store Credit Only — No Cash Refunds

All sales are final. Music City Aminos does not offer cash or monetary refunds.

When an eligible order issue occurs and a claim is approved, Music City Aminos may issue store credit toward a future purchase.

Store credit is issued at the discretion of Music City Aminos following review of the claim and supporting documentation.

Eligible Order Issues

Store credit may be considered when:

• An item arrives physically damaged during shipping.

• An item is missing from your shipment.

• You receive an item different from what was ordered.

• Another verifiable fulfillment error occurred on our part.

All claims are subject to review and approval.

Claim Timeframe

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery as shown by the shipping carrier’s tracking information.

Claims submitted after the 48-hour period may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

Customers should inspect their shipment promptly upon delivery.

Information Required for a Claim

Please provide the following when submitting a claim:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the affected product

• Photographs of the shipping box or mailer

• A photograph showing the shipping label

• Photographs clearly showing any shipping damage, when applicable

Please retain all products and original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Incomplete documentation may delay or prevent approval of a claim.

Non-Eligible Requests

Music City Aminos generally does not provide refunds, replacements, or store credit for:

• Claims submitted outside the stated claim period

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Products ordered by mistake

• Incorrect quantities or products selected by the customer

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout

• Carrier delays outside the reasonable control of Music City Aminos

• Packages marked delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen

• Improper storage or handling after delivery

• Damage occurring after delivery

• Issues resulting from improper laboratory preparation or research procedures

• Concerns regarding appearance following laboratory preparation or reconstitution, including haze, cloudiness, aggregation, clumping, precipitation, or particulate formation

• Differences resulting from solvents, temperatures, mixing methods, storage conditions, concentrations, or other laboratory variables

• Results, outcomes, or expectations associated with a research experiment

• Any attempted human or veterinary use of a product

The appearance or behavior of a research material following preparation does not, by itself, establish that the original material was defective.

Returns

Due to the nature of the research materials sold by Music City Aminos, products cannot be returned or restocked once they have been shipped.

This restriction helps protect product integrity and prevents materials that have left our custody from being placed back into inventory.

Do not mail products back to Music City Aminos unless you have received specific written authorization from us.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or eligible for store credit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, shipped, or a shipping label has been generated, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be stopped before shipment.

Store Credit

When a claim is approved:

• Store credit may be issued for the value of the affected item(s).

• Store credit has no cash value.

• Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Store credit is non-transferable.

• Original shipping charges are generally not credited unless Music City Aminos determines that the shipping charge itself resulted from our fulfillment error.

• Approved credit is generally issued within 3–5 business days following completion of the claim review.

Store credit will normally be associated with the customer account or email address used for the original order.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Music City Aminos is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Once a shipment has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times and delivery estimates are subject to the carrier’s operations and are not guaranteed by Music City Aminos.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier and check with household members, neighbors, building management, or other appropriate parties before submitting a claim.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Music City Aminos regarding an order issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We will review legitimate fulfillment issues in accordance with this policy.

Initiating a chargeback does not alter the terms of this policy, and Music City Aminos reserves the right to provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant order records, tracking information, communications, and other documentation related to the transaction.

Policy Abuse & Fraudulent Claims

Music City Aminos reserves the right to deny claims reasonably determined to involve fraudulent activity, altered documentation, abuse of the claims process, repeated unsupported claims, or other misuse of this policy.

We also reserve the right to restrict or refuse future orders where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse.

Policy Updates

Music City Aminos reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

The version of this policy in effect at the time an order is placed will generally govern that order.
