Return & Refund Policy

Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order was delivered. To qualify for a return, the item must remain sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened or altered are not eligible for return.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must meet the following requirements:
- The product remains unopened and factory sealed
- Packaging is intact and undamaged
- The item is in resalable condition
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be accepted for return.
Requesting a Return
If you wish to request a return, please follow these steps:
- Email info@musiccityaminos.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our support team will review the request and provide return authorization and instructions if the request is approved.
- Ship the item back according to the instructions provided.
Unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@musiccityaminos.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the damage or issue
After review, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error or defect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Items with broken seals
- Returns sent without prior authorization
