2. TikTok & Social Platform Safety Rules

To help protect both affiliates and the brand from account restrictions, affiliates agree to avoid:

Prohibited Content

Syringes, injections, or administration demonstrations
Medical before/after claims
Weight loss claims
Disease treatment discussions
Explicit bodybuilding/drug terminology
Graphic vial closeups with compound names clearly visible
Statements implying human consumption

3. Brand Representation

Affiliates agree to represent Music City Aminos professionally and ethically.

Affiliates may not:

Misrepresent themselves as employees
Offer unauthorized discounts
Alter or misuse logos
Use deceptive advertising
Engage in harassment, spam, or misleading practices

Music City Aminos reserves the right to revoke affiliate access at any time for behavior that damages the brand.

4. Coupon Codes & Commission Structure

Affiliates may receive a custom discount code and/or tracking link
Commission rates are determined individually
Commissions apply only to verified completed orders
Fraudulent, self-generated, or abusive orders may be disqualified
Refunds, chargebacks, or canceled orders may reduce commission eligibility

Music City Aminos reserves the right to modify commission structures or promotional campaigns at any time.

5. FTC Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable advertising laws and platform policies.

Affiliates should clearly disclose partnerships using terms such as:

Noncompliance
Misleading promotion
Medical claims
Platform policy violations
Brand-damaging conduct
Fraudulent activity

Termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions tied to violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Affiliates participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for complying with:

Local laws
FTC guidelines
TikTok/community platform rules
Advertising regulations

Music City Aminos is not responsible for affiliate account actions, bans, or platform enforcement decisions.

9. Best Practices for Successful Promotion

Successful affiliates typically focus on:

Consistent posting
Authentic branding
Fast-response engagement
Educational/scientific aesthetics
Professional content quality
Community trust

High-pressure or misleading sales tactics are discouraged.

10. Agreement

By participating in the Music City Aminos Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and guidelines.

11. Affiliate Code Placement & Comment Policy

To maintain fairness and protect the integrity of the brand, affiliates agree not to:

Post affiliate codes in the comments of official Music City Aminos social media posts
Spam discount codes under Music City Aminos content
Attempt to override or compete with other affiliate promotions within official brand comment sections
Mislead customers regarding ownership of promotions or discounts

Affiliates are encouraged to promote their codes through:

Their own TikTok videos
Personal social media pages
Direct audience engagement
Approved marketing channels

Music City Aminos reserves the right to remove comments, revoke affiliate privileges, or terminate partnerships for repeated violations of this policy.
