Free Shipping On Orders Over $100
Music City Aminos provides complimentary standard shipping on orders over $100. All orders under $100 will be charged $7.99.
Order Processing
Orders submitted before 1:00 PM Central Time (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST, or on weekends or recognized holidays, will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as United Parcel Service and United States Postal Service.
Standard delivery times generally range between 2–5 business days after the order has been shipped. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location within the United States and carrier operations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Customers can track their shipment either:
- Through the carrier’s tracking page, or
- Through the order status page on our website.
Shipping Limitations
At this time, Music City Aminos ships within the United States only.
To ensure successful delivery, orders must include a valid residential or commercial street address. We are currently unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
Failed or Undelivered Shipments
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Music City Aminos is not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or not received due to customer error, including but not limited to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address, or failure to retrieve a package after a marked “delivered” status. Orders affected by customer error will not be reshipped or refunded free of charge. If you need to correct an address or arrange a reshipment under these circumstances, please contact our support team — additional shipping charges may apply.

All orders are packaged using discreet and protective materials designed to safeguard product quality during transit. Packaging methods are selected to help maintain the integrity and stability of laboratory research materials throughout shipping.
