BioCoreTN LLC ("Music City Aminos," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you visit musiccityaminos.com (the "Site") or make a purchase.

• Your IP address, used briefly to limit abuse of our forms and checkout (for example, too many attempts from one address) and to block addresses we have banned for fraud

We never receive or store card or bank account numbers. Payments are sent by you through Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App, and we only record that a payment for your order arrived.

Marketing emails

If you tick the box at checkout, tick it when you create an account, or turn the setting on in your account, we send occasional emails about restocks, new products and promotions. We send them ourselves through our email provider. We never sell, rent or share your address with anyone for their own marketing.

Every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link and our postal address at the bottom. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and needs no account or password. You can also switch marketing emails off at any time under Marketing emails in your account.

For those emails we record whether the message was delivered, whether it was opened, and whether a link in it was clicked, so we can tell which messages are worth sending at all. Open tracking is approximate — some email apps load images for you. If an address stops accepting mail or is reported as spam, we stop sending marketing email to it permanently.

Unsubscribing never affects the emails about your own orders — payment instructions, order confirmations and tracking. Those are not marketing: they are how an order you placed gets paid for and delivered.

Cookies

We use only cookies the Site needs to work: one that remembers you confirmed your age, one that keeps your cart, sign-in cookies that keep you logged in (and let you finish a password reset), and one that lets a guest return to the order they just placed. We do not use advertising cookies. Any site-usage measurement is first-party, is only used with your consent, and does not store your IP address. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; disabling them may stop the cart and sign-in from working.
