Shipping policy

Where we ship

• We ship within the United States only, to a valid residential or commercial street address. We can't ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders ship from Gallatin, Tennessee.

Processing time

• Orders paid before 1pm CST, Mon–Fri, are typically packed and shipped the same business day. Orders paid later, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
• An order ships once its payment has been received and confirmed.

Shipping options and cost

• Standard shipping(USPS Ground) (2–5 business days): the price is shown at checkout before you place the order. Standard U.S. shipping is included on orders whose product total after discounts is $100 USD or more.
• Faster options, priced live at checkout for your address: UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days), UPS Next Day Air Saver (next business day).
• Delivery estimates are the carrier's and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

• When your order ships we email you the carrier and tracking number. You can also look up an order from your account.

Delivery problems

• Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout — we can't redirect a package once the carrier has it.
• If tracking shows a package as delivered but you can't find it, check with the carrier, household members and building management first, then contact us.
• Damage or wrong-item claims must be sent within 48 hours of delivery — see Refunds & Returns.
